The users can Upgrade/Downgrade the plan using WebTV. Please follow the steps.

• Login to WebTV using the username and password.
• Go to My Products & Services section.
  
  

• Click the product name to manage.
• On the left side of the window, you can see the option Upgrade/Downgrade.
  
  
  
• On the redirected page, The available Upgrade or Downgrade options are listed. The users can choose the product and make the payment.
  
  

How to Upgrade/Downgrade the configurable options?
