Suppose if you have added a Feedback template for the audio issues then the client can report the issue by selecting the template if facing the issue. To Add feedback templates please follow the steps,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Login to WHMCS admin panel.<\/li><li>Go to <strong>Addons <\/strong>and select <strong>SetupOTT<\/strong> <strong>Feedback
